100 ml / 5 kg Cement / White Cement / Cement paint / Lime / Gypsum/Dry Distemper
The surface must be clean, dust free and dry. The two components in the specified proportion shall be mixed to get a uniform colour. The mixed material shall be applied on the proposed concrete surface by brush. The new concrete should be poured before bond coat becomes tack free / touch dry.
Depending upon the surface condition 1kg will cover 2.0 to 2.5 sq. mt. area . good bonding can be ensured provided minimum water is used for concrete mix.
Concrete surface must be clean, rough & dust free. It has to be applied on damp concrete surface by brush. Mortar should be applied whilst the primer is still tacky. A satisfactorybond can be achieved upto 15 minutes after application at 30. C . water content of the mortar should be kept to the minimum necessary.
1 litre will cover an area of 6 to 8 sq. meters depending upon the surface.
The fixing area of PVC pipes should be clean and dust free. BALCOGOLD – PIPE BOND should be applied by brush over the surface and immediately pipe should be fixed.
The measured quantity should be added directly into the mixing water. ON NO ACCOUNT IT SHOULD BE ADDED TO THE DRY CEMENT. Mixing extra water for the concrete / mortar will effects the water proofing.
With water reduction up to 10 %, the rate of addition is: a) For normal concrete / mortar – 100 ml-150ml / 50 kg Cement b) For water tight concrete / mortar – 150 ml – 200 ml / 50kg cement
Mix to the concrete/ mortar dry mix the measured quantity of BALCOGOLD until an even colour is obtained. Then add normal measured quantity of water and mix as usual.

BALCOGOLD– XL is supplied in powder form. It has to be converted into liquid form. While converting into liquid form all particle should be dissolved properly and thoroughly with clean water. The measured quantity of liquid form should be added in to mixing water and On NO ACCOUNT IT SHOULD BE ADDED TO THE DRY CEMENT
With water reduction upto 10%, the rate of addition is. a) For normal concrete/ mortar – 20 grams – 30 grams / 50 kg cement. b) For waterlight concrete / mortar – 30 grams – 40 grams / 50 kg cement.
The area to be treated should be clean & all loose particles should be removed. Wash the entire prepared surface by water jet and remove the water standing on the surface. Apply only on damp surface. Curing by sprinkler for 3-7 days.
Take one part of compound A and mix equal quantity of water and stir it properly. For this add 5 parts of compound B and stir it thoroughly until no air bubble remains in the mix. A paste like compound is formed which is to be applied by brush, patti blade. The brushing has to be done minimum of 2 coats. The area to be treated should be cut back to a depth of 1mm to 20 mm depending upon the water jetting force. It should be V shape cut materials.
Take 3 parts of BALCOGOLD – PLUG and one part of water by volume & mix it properly. Immediately after mixing apply on prepared surface of water jettingarea and the BALCOGOLD – PLUG should be held in place until it becomes hard. As the prepared mix becomes hard within 2 minutes, it is always better to use smaller quantity for mixing.
